My treatment at the above has always been very good. Luckily I don't have to use it much. But when I do, very good

Lack of support

May 22, 2017
Due to dementia a man's wife was told that as her husband is refusing to have sticks to walk and won't eat properly she needs to have him home. She has not been given any support to know her options. The house has no equipment to aid mobility. She is very worried as she cannot have him home until support is in place but doesn't know who to talk to

phlebotomy

Since the changes to this service I am ringing at least 4 times to get an appointment for my blood test at the surgery (since Lowestoft hospital closure). Even when you go it is never running on time

Can sometimes wait up to 2 hours. Person on desk tells us if it's running late. Mornings are worse.
