Excellent care and attention

On several occasions my husband has had to go into James Paget for treatment. We have always had excellent care and attention, mainly in Ward 17. Very dedicated care from dialling 111 to superb ambulance and hospital care

I feel the care at the Hospital is very good (A&E DEPT). I feel there is a need for a transport service to get up to the new centre at Sudbury, and when I go to the Papworth Hospital I have to get a taxi which cost me £100. I feel at 83 they should provide me transport. Perhaps you could help me with that. Thank you

New hearing aid still not working

Attended the hearing clinic 3 times at JP Hospital so far in 2015 and still unable to hear beyond a few feet.

I am 79 years old, and will be 80 in January 2016. In March 2015 I fell in the my own home. I did not trip over anything but I hit a sliding glass door. I damaged the middle finger of my right hand, it buckled and formed an arch that would not straighten out. I thought it was broken. My neighbour took me to the James Paget hospital and the X-Ray revealed it was not broken. I was provided with a splint which I could not put on myself being right handed. I since went to Norfolk and Norwich and my GP and the diagnosis was severe tendon damage.

The staff do not understand why appointment needed to be changed. We should be able to phone the clinic direct.

Attentive care for my daughter
