Visited ENT clinic yesterday and needed to return today, on both occasions seen promptly and staff looked after me well.

Every single nurse is very caring. Have needed to visit the ENT Clinic many times and can't fault the service.

The play staff on the children's ward make a big difference, feels like home from home for my son (5 years old).

A & E having a dedicated play room for children is very helpful and we use that whenever visiting the hospital. The play area in the hospital cafe would benefit from some fresh toys and more space.

Needed a chest x-ray and can only share that I was seen quickly for my x-ray and staff were kind.

Now on my third pacemaker and I just wish I didn't have to go to the dentist department and sit in a dentists chair to have it checked 6 monthly - makes me anxious.

Felt a little anxious on my third visit to the ENT clinic. The audiologist put me at ease as did the ENT specialist doctor.
