Keep changing my appointment

No
October 5, 2015
My third visit to the orthopedic clinic, on each occasion the appointment I was given was changed, and in the clinic I missed my last appointment because I was sitting near the wrong rooms, it would be helpful to be told on arrival which consulting room to sit near so you hear your name being called.

Broke my arm at the beginning of the week, on a monday, whilst it took about 4 1/2 hrs to see me, have an X-Ray and apply a plasterr cast, the staff were friendly and thankful for their care.

No way of knowing expected waiting time

Accident and emergency services
October 2, 2015
Very helpful to have some indication of waiting time to be seen in A+E, then would know if able to fetch a drink or something to eat. Where I lived previously they had a screen with a message about approximate waiting time, which changed according to what was occurring.

Frustrating lack of information about waiting

Accident and emergency services
October 2, 2015
Arrived in A+E two hours ago, waiting since to be first seen, on arrival only two people in waiting room, now has filled up. No way of knowing how long the wait will be. Much better to have a number system so you known where you are in queue. Frustrating.

Waiting in A+E

Accident and emergency services
October 1, 2015
Have been waiting to be seen for over 11/2 hours, they need to have a triage system which meant someone would see you quickly and then decide where in the queue you should be for treatment but now that appears to have gone.

Being a diabetic foot care is very important, treated this morning for an ulcer on my toe. From my referral by my GP I had an apt to see a Podiatrist at the hospital within 2 days.
