No problems with this appointment, but previous one would have issues as the podiatrist went sick and no-one told me until 8.30 (was in waiting room) when I got a text.
The neurologist is very good and reception staff friendly and helpful.

Wife said she feels the consultant was very good and explained everything really well. She had taken her husband to his appointment. The consultant tried hard to communicate. Receptionists were really friendly and did attempt to talk to her husband directly

Appointment for scan result with consultant was cancelled but no communication made to us of this. Admin person contacted whose name we were given on arrival when told it was next week. VERY unhappy with their response- no letter, no follow up phone call. Every 6 months when he is scanned (MRI) for any re-occurrence of cancer and then given a consultants appointment for results there is a mess up by someone, somewhere. Prior to the cancelled appointment we were sent a letter for that consultation date, but no appointment for the MRI; we had to chase this with our GP.

Quick service, respectful. The service provided was carried out in a timely manner. I was the escort (carer) but they spoke to the resident as opposed to speaking to me or over them, which I found respectful. They also offered me assistance to transfer the resident which I accepted

On arrival I was treated very quickly which eased my pain. Attention was very good. During the stay everything was done for me and I felt I was treated like a person and not a number. Very attentive staff from domestics through to nurses.
