Having the team throughout my pregnancy was amazing. My birth plan was followed and I was fortunate enough that my child came quite quickly.
Great aftercare too as they saw me at home. The transition from that high level of support to just a phone call with health visitor was hard.

When in for covid for 7 weeks, I just about survived as have COPD. I just couldn't have a visitor but they didn't do video or phone calls and so I felt so alone and scared. Happy of course to have survived though because of their great treatment of me

The 6-monthly allergy testing continued for my daughter over this last couple of years. Always really thorough and treat my daughter really well.

They looked after me really well when I was in for about 8 hours for hernia operation on a weekend. They got my wife in the same day too, which they changed nearer the time to coordinate it with mine.

Cannot fault the breast cancer team at the JPUH.
They have supported me so well .

GP referral in March 2020. Paget appointment then was cancelled, but no one had told me! (This was due to covid-19 pandemic causing cancellations). No appointment offered to replace it for months despite my phone calls. Eventually a staff member/triage system said they were dealing with the referrals from August 2019! As I realised I had been incorrectly diagnosed. I returned to GP, got another referral, was seen quickly by Paget by a Nurse. Arrange a biopsy. saw consultant. She said I should have been dealt with MONTHS ago. She said her notes said I must not wait more than 3 months but triage repeatedly told me on the phone that the doctors notes said I could wait. Once treatment started, I was transferred to N & N for malignant Cancer - Operation March 2021.

They are always extremely efficient and always thoughtful. Have ongoing treatment and each visit is a good experience.

Through absolute desperation I went to A&E as still no referral by my surgery at Bridge road. From this I was then treated more seriously by the surgery. Staff at hospital were so understanding of my worry and understood I was not happy that it took this visit to be heard

I was referred in by my surgery and seen very quickly due to the spinal pain.They were very thorough and I stayed a few days. I had scans, lumber puncture etc and I was treated with care. No visitors were allowed, but I never felt lonely due to the care they showed on Ward 3.

I had excellent care throughout my experience. Unfortunately the one midwife who wanted to be with me as knew me from previous birth, couldn't as my baby came so quickly. It did not take away from the good care received.
