I have an injection every 28 days to put my body into menopause due to endometriosis. My appointment was booked for 4 weeks. I turn up and my injection was never ordered! To then tell me I have to wait 9-10 days for an appointment!! Luckily rosedale surgery had a spare injection and put the medication into me on the day i needed it.

I need family help to complete the online submission and when we did it recently we waited nearly three weeks for a response as the issue hadn't been deemed urgent and it's been a trial to get things in motion. The phones are busy and when we've tried to set up online prescription access it's been difficult because we only have one email to use but two people that need the access.
Don't answer phones until 08.30

The website states that the practice opens at 8am but when I phone up at 08.00 they dont answer the phones until 08.30 I questioned this with the front desk staff and they told me that they dont answer the phones until 08.30 why does the website say they open at 08.00?
But apart from that they are pretty good as a surgery, generally good treatment when I need something and staff are polite.

Made a same day appointment. Saw doctor send prescription through to chemist. Went to chemist nothing been sent. Called kirkley receptionist said she would get it sorted. Next day called again that doctor not in cannot do anything. Asked to speak to duty manager "not at her desk".

I called the surgery wanting a home visit for my father. I was guided to the form to complete and a nurse attended the same day within hours.

Calling before commitments is impossible the phone line states 8am but is actually available untill 8:30am

I had to wait for another doctor was available from a different practice. They are trying to make me buy a blood monitor even though the surgery does not have one for patients to use.
18 month old waiting all day for a script!!!!

My daughter was prescribed a script that was out of stock in all of Suffolk then wanted to change her script to a different one and now waited all a further 4-5 hours to change and still no change! No urgency and what a disgrace now my daughter’s symptoms are getting worse and still no further!

The surgery running behind, my appointment was delayed by at least two patients! Treatment is very limited.

This place has always delay, doesn’t work when people must pick up children from school or took short break from work.
