They are running 1/2 hour behind this morning which is hard when you have anxiety but this doesn't happen all the time. You do see different doctors but it doesn't really impact, however, when you have a learning disability it can make it more difficult. It took 15 minutes to get through this morning on the phone and reception called back saying I could have an appointment.

If you are genuinely unwell and need an appointment they will always see you. Reception are excellent, I was unwell three months ago and saw a GP very quickly, the same day. They arranged for me to have blood tests the same day and xrays at the weekend which was all great. The diabetic support provided has been very good and the dispensary staff are amazingly helpful.

Been a couple of times in the last year. The phones have improved and the call waiting option worked well this morning. I received the call in 20 minutes and was then invited in to see the GP. I've not had any issues getting appointments
Lovely reception

Not using the surgery much but when I do it works well. I spoke to reception who were lovely and received a call back in 20 minutes to say that I could have an appointment but I'm not sure who with, I think it'll be a nurse. All my experiences have been good and when I used the call back phone system it worked really well and saved staying on the phone waiting to get through. I do find it hard to read the pruple text on the waiting room screen.

My son was recently unwell and the care and attention you have shown to him within such a short time frame was amazing. You always make it very easy to get an appointment. In particular Dr [redacted] has ‘fixed’ my sons health concerns so quickly and also the paramedic we have seen on a few occassions who has been amazing and so helpful. They are both a credit to your surgery. But i must say the reception staff to have always been helpful and kind too. I think you are a great surgery.

Excellent support provided from the practice

I was greeted by a nurse who had reviewed my notes prior to my appointment and was knowledge of previous medical interventions. I was treated with dignity and respect and given time to discuss concerns and advise going forward. The nurse was knowledgeable and was able to signpost to suitable service for effective support. Above all I felt my conversation and concerns were valued by the nurse

THEY PROVIDE Good support and help but I feel they are overstretched They seem to be the only surgery in the area and have a LOT of patients. They still provide good service.
High standard of care

The care is of a high standard, the triage is handled well, talk to the GP then invited in to see them. I don't have the confidence to do the call back, it might help if they could give an expected call back time. I do find the music on the radio is too loud and can mean I miss the notification for the next patient being called. A family member struggles to use the online system due to their anxiety, they worry what they will be asked.
