Very good staff

You can't book appointments at reception, you have to phone unless its a repeat appointment and has been arranged by staff, which is frustrating and difficult with my hearing. The staff that I've seen have been very good but waiting on the phone is frustrating and the cost of hanging on the line is also a concern for me. A larger carpark would be good but is challenging to address.

Hard to have to call at 8.30 and then have to wait for a GP to call you back. I would prefer to be able to just book an appointment with reception.

I rang at 8.30 this morning and was 5th in the queue. The call back came from the GP at 9am and I was very happy with the discussion with both the reception staff and GP. Online has also been quick and easy to use and all staff have been really friendly.

Not too bad at the moment

They do ring you back when I've used the call back option. I've used the online option and attached photos when needed but I do prefer a call. Its taken 6 weeks to arrange a blood test and was squeezed in for my most recent one as it was needed for hospital treatment. I used to call a fortnight before I needed one then it went to a month and now its 6 weeks and I still have trouble fitting me in.

Been called in today unnecessarily to discuss blood test results which were actually fine. It's been very difficult to get to see one person consistently which with long term conditions hasn't made it easy as I have very complex health needs. Only individual issues are dealt with as I see different people each time but they never look holistically at everything going on. The call back system on the phone has worked well and is more preferable than waiting on the phone. I don't feel that a complaint was really addressed when I raised it. I just received a call from a GP to sort the medication out. Nothing is joined up with communication between the hospital and surgery. It's easier to get appointments now but it hasn't helped the consistency.

I called this morning and was quickly given an appointment. I'm not sure who I'm seeing but whoever it is they were friendly on the phone and I'm happy with the process in place. The staff are really polite and friendly but there is a wait on the phone to get through.

I've seen an improvement, appointments availability is better, staff are more professional and doctors are more approachable. We've experienced good continuity of care with a young persons issue.

No problems getting appointments when calling and I'm happy with the conversations I have with the reception staff. They are helpful at addressing issues and are brilliantly patient and reassuring.

The staff were friendly and approachable but it would be nice to be able to see a doctor more easily.

Miss having a doctor

The waiting on the phone is the main issue. I've tried online but I'm not confident using it. I do miss having a doctor and have found the lack of continuity has affected care I've received. It's a case of try this and call back, especially around my husbands dementia.
