I can't praise them enough.

February 21, 2017
Acute Marringe House. Psychiatrist was fantastic. They were held up at Ipswich hospital but I phoned in so I was aware. They were really good in our meetings and helped me loads. I can't praise them enough.

Long wait for pysiciatrist

February 14, 2017
I was told I would see a pysiciatrist every 6 weeks following the birth of my child. After his birth having notified the IDT I was suffering depression it took calls from me, the midwifes and GP to finally get an appointment but even then have to wait several weeks for it even though they have been advised my husband is returning to work the week before leaving me with depression and having to care for two kids - not the best situation and it has had a huge impact in my husbands 6 weeks off.

Duty worker advices to wait, see and hope

February 14, 2017
Spoke to duty worker (as advised) as care co was off. Advised to wait and see and hope I don't become seriously ill (as I have in the past) finished call feeling hopeless and desperate and felt no one would do much (which is what's happened to date!)

Following diagnosis felt abandoned

January 25, 2017
Following my diagnosis of vascular dementia I feel I was abandoned by services. I was given the diagnosis and then cut off from the service. Ideally ongoing support or follow up appointments should happen to ensure that all questions are answered. They need to check if you need any further information.

Autism support has improved

January 25, 2017
There has been a lack of autism support and services over the years but the service has changed for the better and the combination of different professionals in one meeting has been good.

September 29, 2016
The support I get from my support worker has decrease from fortnightly to every 3 months. The support I get when I do see him is very good but it is very limited contact.

Excellent

September 22, 2016
I've used the crisis line on a couple of occasions which worked well. My support worker and my doctor via NSFT are both good. My support worker is absolutely amazing. I get all my medication delivered. Whenever I've called my support worker they have always been there for me
