Everything is easy

Mainly call to arrange appointments and haven't had to wait long for them either. The staff are good, I've seen different doctors but they've had a consistent approach. reception staff are helpful and all staff have kept me well informed. It's pretty much a perfect surgery.
A good surgery

A friendly surgery. I phone to arrange appointments which is easy to do although there are longer waits at times but appointments are available. During Covid I had telephone consultations but now I have face to face appointments, more or less with the same GP which is good and beneficial.
Taken time

It has taken three weeks to get a child actually seen. On three occasions we've spoken on the phone to either a doctor or a nurse about something that I feel really needs to be seen but each time they've just tried something different. After calling today and insisting on seeing someone, we've been given an appointment with a doctor we have faith in which is good.
Brilliant

Rang this morning and an hour after speaking to a GP I had an appointment. I felt really well listened to and I find that talking to a doctor first works well as I don't need to come in for every thing. It's all great here.

I rang up last week for the first time in a long time and was given an appointment the next morning, with 4 other appointments quickly arranged. The nurses have been great and have explained everything really well and call the doctor in whenever needed. I like receiving the text messages to confirm appointment, they really help.
Staff listen

I spoke to reception and then the GP and was then given an appointment to see them. I felt the initial member of staff I spoke to listened well to what I was saying and it all worked well to get the appointment I needed. When I arrived though the checking in computer wasn't working.
Pretty good surgery

It has eased to get to see a GP but if you want to see someone specific it can be a bit of a longer wait. Although I don't use econsult myself the staff are helpful and get me the help and appointments I need.
Not listened to

Don't feel that we've been listened to at all once they went down a certain route they just stuck to it and wouldn't consider anything else. We've decided to go private now.
Amazing doctor seen today

I've found that getting the right support more recently has been more difficult and not so joined up but I've just seen an amazing doctor today who has explained a lot and I'm very pleased.

It all seems ok to get appointments. Econsut is a bit strange with the questions it asks as they don't seem applicable and it would be better to just have the end box. It does work to get someone to contact you. If there was just one box asking you why you're contacting the surgery it would be better. Other than that staff are good and appointments are available.
