The nurses are great, they don't let anything slide and take a very holistic approach. I came in for one thing but they've covered all bases.

I feel that the triage element is working well, it seems to be an efficient system that gets you quick responses and then appointments when needed. I've been very happy with the GPs and nurses at the practice.

I call for appointments and I've either been given an appointment or speak to a GP and then get an appointment. It would be a bit better if some appointments were a bit quicker but for todays follow up appointment it's been about a month to see someone specific but I'm happy with that. The reception staff are good, as are docotrs and nurses.

I've only recently registered and I called a week ago for an appointment. It wasn't anything urgent so I was very happy with that and the way staff have dealt with any enquiries I've had.

I call for appointments and quickly receive a call back from the doctor. I've used the NHS app to arrange well woman type appointments but tend to call for more general appointments. The conversation I had with the doctor was good, I felt listened to and was then invited in for an appointment with the duty doctor. I'm happy to see any of the doctors they've all been good and give you peace of mind. The only slight concern I have is that sometimes I worry that when I'm talking on the phone I'm not sure whether I'm providing the right information for the doctor to make the right diagnosis and I'm more reassured by an in person appointment.

I don't really use the surgery much at all but I called this morning and then had a call back from the doctor who then invited me in for an appointment so it has worked really well, I'm very happy.

The doctors have been great and really wonderful throughout my diffcult pregnancy and nothing has been too much trouble for them. I've had appointments as and when needed even if it's just been a call. The only issue has been that the dispensary have refused to take the sharps bin which has been a bit of an issue.

Exceptionally good reception staff at the moment and I feel this element has improved. They are helpful and friendly in their approach. Overall appointment availability is also good for me too.

A friendly surgery and it's been brilliant to get appointments. This is a pre arranged appointment with a doctor and is a follow up. The doctor I'm seeing is very nice and explains things so well. The surgery staff are flexible and offer a lovely personal service and I've never had any issues over the years. The only thing I'd change is the bench seating in the waiting area and have a high armed and backed chair

I've had a pre arranged appointment today so was asked to come in but I've found it easy to get appointments when needed. I'm confident that I see the right person for the condition and they have ensured that tests have been carried out quickly. I do feel at times it would be easier to have a chat face to face at times rather than on the phone but on the whole it works well. Reception staff are very good and always happy.
