Would prefer to see a GP rather than a telephone call. Having said that usually gets an appointment on the day.

Front of house staff excellent. Feel that doctors do not listen.

Nothing is too much trouble and everything is spot on. We can always get an appointment on the day we need one. The parking can be an issue sometimes especially considering that there are only four disabled parking bays.
Don't like the triage system.

I don't particularly like the triage system as you have to wait for the doctor to call you back. Getting appointments is not usually a problem and I am normally able to get an evening appointment.
