Not enough discussion re child's treatment
July 16, 2015
Sometimes I feel that issues around my child's treatment are not discussed with me in enough detail.
Very happy.

I've been with the practice for 4 years and it is much better than where I was previously. It's good that so many other clinics are based here although I haven't used them yet.
Excellent service

Overall, I think it is excellent. The GP's have been very supportive and understanding of my daughter's and our families needs. They keep us well informed.
Treatment not fully explained
July 14, 2015
I dont feel that I've ever had treatment fully explained which is due to rushing you in + out.
Triage system
July 14, 2015
The only small issue I have is the triage system. It can be a bit frustrating waiting for the GP to call back.
Nursing staff are great

The nursing staff at the surgery are great and I really can't fault them. They are very supportive.
Never had a bad experience
July 14, 2015
For both my husband + myself I feel that having the same doctor for so long has been really beneficial to the care + treatment received. Even when we've seen other GPs we have never had a bad experience.

GPs didn't listen
July 14, 2015
My son had chronic tonsilities when he was young + i didn't feel that the gps listened to my concerns. He was given antibiotics but at times i had to stand in the surgery and almost demand to be seen i was so concerned. I was sent home by the GP + within hours i had to call an ambulance. My son was then admitted to hospital and placed on a drip. On three separate occasions we ended up using an ambulance it got so bad.
Nurses are very good

I don't feel it is necessary that the receptionist ask why I need an appointment. The nurses are very good and explain everything really well
