Getting to see own dr is difficult

Getting to see your own doctor is difficult I don't know when I last saw mine. I feel I am missing a little bit of continuity. I only try to get an appointment if I really need one but I don't particularly like the triage system which seems to make it a little more difficult to actually get an appointment. You don't get to speak to your own doctor so they don't know your history. If I need to make an appointment for my husband because he is at work I can't because they have to speak to him before offering an appointment.
Carpark is a little limited

Car park is a little limited Dr (name removed) is the best doctor, they explain everything and will spend time with you.

I've had a really good experience with my doctor she is amazing. I think the surgery has improved over the last year. I get to see my doctor all the time and they are great at calling you back.
The nurses are brilliant

The nurses are brilliant. They are really fantastic. The only thing with the triage system is that I would prefer to actually see my doctor as I find being on the phone more difficult to explain things.

I really like the triage system as I get to speak to a doctor to see if I actually need to come in. Car park needs improving.

I've lived in the area for 12 years and I never have had a problem. I've never not been able to get an appointment on the same day

Car park is an issue. Its fantastic to be able to get an appointment on the day and a doctor calls you back within the hour. Generally happy with the service.

Parking is a problem

Parking is a particular problem, but I understand its not easy to solve, The triage system works reasonably well.
