The OT arranged equipment including a stair lift really quickly, with it being fitted within the week, amazing.

Very good community services providded, so joined up and have worked brilliantly for my husband. Once we knew he was being discharged from hospital everything happened so quickly and all the equipment arrived and we received intensive support from the district nurse, OT and physios. Slowly as they've not been needed they've backed away until we need them next. Great.

Very good support provided by the team. We receive upport from district nurse, OT's and phyios and all have provided excellent care including daily visits for pressure sores for my husband who has parkinsons.

The nurse that visits us, comes regularly to the home, nothing is ever too much trouble, Wonderful nursing support.

Our daughter, who has severe learning disabilities, has had problems with her toes resulting in two toe-nails being removed - but she still needs regular treatment for callouses. The last appointment at SCS went well - however after her Annual Health Check and a consultation with her GP we were advised that she needed to go back to Orthopaedics for issues with her toes - but the GP has no ability to do referrals direct to them - we had to go through Podiatry! So contacted Podiatry and was advised that there is a 6-8 month waiting list because my daughter has been marked as 'Routine' by Podiatry. This seems like a Catch-22 or similar - and is unacceptable particularly for a vulnerable person like our daughter - what also concerns us is that it is unclear who would chase this issue if we were not around.

The district nurses visiting me in the Needham Market area have been great. Initially they visited daily to re-dress my legs. Slowly the time between visits has increased and they are done twice a week. They have provided very good care and the service provided including over the weekend has been great.

The district nurses came out regularly to me at home to dress my wound after my operation and were wonderful. They also came out to do my ulcer and were such lovely nurses all round.

The district nurses in the Stowmarket area have been very good. I called the team yesterday and had a visit in about 1/2 hour. The system works really well, nurses are kind and dress my legs well. You can wait at times but they are very busy.

The time it takes between having my toes treated gets longer and longer, and nobody seems to even care

Really good team. See them every 4 months now which changed from 2 months. My feet have got worse though so they are hopefully going to review the timing of seeing them. With my hearing loss I find they are very good at talking to me clearly.
