The SALT team are very friendly. Plenty of time for residents and staff. Recognised a very helpful Care UK staff member when assisting resident

Carers assessments limited. Asked what wanted but you don't now what is available. Very difficult to identify something.

Parking difficult for appointments

Diabetic eye checks are completed at the Bridge project which is not easy to access as there is no parking nearby

Community therapist visited and showed me the exercises I was supposed to be doing and said she would visit again at the end of October. Hopefully the exercise programme will help the patient regain mobility

The district nurse sees me twice a week for my ulcers. Absolutely amazing service that saves me hobbling to the practice.
