A regular day to visit would help
August 18, 2016
I've asked for my monthly blood tests to be carried out on a regular day which I've been told is possible but the nurse didn't turn up on the monday as arranged and came on the thursday with out warning which could've led to a wasted visit, luckily I was in.
I also can't order my own vitamin B12 injections, the nurses have to do it which means I have to chase them to remind them to order it in for my next visit.

My mum had an initial free chiropody appointment at the clinic in Mildenhall (very satisfactory job) but has now been told she can only have a home visit which she has to pay for. My sister (who lives with Mum) gets ongoing free treatment at the clinic. Mum is 91 !
