They do care here
April 7, 2025
They are friendly and helpful both at the surgery and on the phone, the doctors nurses, they all treat the people like they are their own family, they care very much. Access is good on the telephones, not too long to wait. they give me options if I want to be seen in person or speak on the phone. I feel like I can tell them anything, I don't hold back. They are doing everything right. Car park is a good size too that is important.
Excellent

From seeing the doctor to having surgery was less than eight weeks I believe this to be an excellent service, aftercare has also been good at my surgery
Limited

The administration of medication details are not updated, there is no dementia support and a lack of signposting around dementia too.
Visited the surgery with my father.

Attended Pinewood Surgery with my father, had an appointment with the Dr who was excellent. Went through my dads history, and hospital stay, was patient and kind and set a plan in place, very impressed, many thanks for the kindness shown.
Ask My GP turned off

Ask My GP works well but it is turned off at times making it more difficult to contact the surgery.
Amazing and truly a great experience

I have been going to this doctors for a couple of years now and it's the best doctors I have ever been too. I suffer with anxiety so using the phone to try and explain issues can sometimes be difficult for me. The ask GP online service is insanely amazing and helps people like me who hate using the phone.
you can easily fill your details and issues out and wait for a reply. really amazing. Most of the time you don't even need to go in. They will either ring you or write a prescription out for you.
Other than that, in the doctors I have met a couple of really nice doctors. a lovely doctor helped me a while ago and they were so pleasant to talk to. I cannot remember their name but I would deal with them all the time if I could.
I have on going issues at the moment with my health and they have been amazing keeping me up to date with things and helping me out.
If they stick with the Ask my gp and the service they are giving, you will really thrive. Thankyou!

I only registered a couple of days ago. Filled out a ‘ask your gp’ form and had a response AND answer within a couple of hours. I currently work in Primary Care….I know how busy surgeries are and didn’t expect an appointment for at least two weeks! Really impressed with how simple the whole process was.
Great GP surgery

After feeling unwell for 2 days I raised my concerns on AskmyGP. My query was answered quickly and I was asked for further details of my acute illness. Within a short while the GP called me and offered me a face 2 face appt. The Doctor was very thorough and offered me an explanation of my illness and trial of medication to help. The following day the Doctor called me personally to see how I was feeling. I am very grateful for his expertise & caring nature.
Very limited support

When I came home from hosp/&rehab after a stroke I was on my own,no support unless I set it up myself. I was told I would be helped by health workers, physios, daycare centres, social worker, but apart from 5 physio sessions, there was nothing. No support from GPS,and no local support group. When I had a medication review, I had a bloodtest and a urine test but I was not spoken to about meds at all.
