The care delivered by the midwives and student was exemplary. We could not have asked for more. The midwives truly made this experience wonderful.

The hospital has been amazing, I had an MRI in 48hrs and the staff were very efficient and friendly. I was even given a quick CT scan. Even though we use the App and receive the electronic appointment letters that way we still get paper letters sent for some reason which is an extra cost that could be avoided.

I rushed in to the hospital after seeing my doctor and I was seen by staff as soon as I arrived. They quickly did tests and was well cared for and just had to wait for the results and the medication I was being sent home with. I really can't fault how quickly they reacted, the team were great.

There were no pillows available during part of my stay and the food wasn't great at all. I also found it difficult as I was not offered soft diet options at meal times so I had to have a sandwich at breakfast. The shepherds pie was also hard to eat.

I've had two operations in 2 years and the nurses were very good but obviously very stretched on the ward each time. I didn't really feel that the doctors explained how the operations had gone but generally the care is good. I did have a feeling that I was being discharged too early but they needed the bed. The food during my stays was ok, a good choice and enough to keep you satisfied.

Everyone has been really good and they have covered all aspects but the antenatal department can get very hot and when you wait 3 hours it can be a bit uncomfortable

I've been in and out for treatment but they've been brilliant. The AAU clinic had phenomenal staff, amazing facilities and the treatment and care has been great, I can't fault it at all. I've been in each day and treatment and staff wonderful. The only difficulty is the parking.

I needed an emergency C section and was kept well informed throughout. The midwives were great , very attentive and the after care and feeding support was good too. The only issue I had before the birth was that I saw 3 or 4 different midwives and some of the advice was a little inconsistent.

I've been seen very quickly for a scan on a Friday and was operated on on the following Tuesday which was amazingly quick. I was kept well informed at all points and was really impressed by all staff they were amazing.

The dermatology specialist nurse is amazing and I've been able to really get to know them as they've been in post for sometime and this has been a real benefit. They know me and the issues I have and I can contact them by email or phone which makes contacting them easy.
