I was quickly seen after a referral by my GP and was seen with in two weeks and then operated on as a day case very quickly by the team at the hospital. I had the best care and they have all been amazing.

Very good people at the hospital. during covid I was very unwell and went to hospital for more tests and was so well treated by staff. They sorted out my car and parked it for me. The parking does need to be reviewed as there is not enough disabled parking available and the ambulances need more more space too as it gets very congested.

I was admitted recently to A & E and was then on a ward for 1 week. The hospital somehow have lost my glasses, I have enquired in more than one area but to no avail, I feel frustrated about this as they are not cheap.
In addition to this I did feel that the care from the ward staff was excellent, they were clearly over worked they seemed run off their feet, dashing around, but they tried to be as attentive as they could but not really have the time to soothe the patient as I would have liked to have experienced.

We were referred to paediatrics and were seen quickly. The doctor we saw explained the issues well and what the approach was going to be. It's been exactly what was needed, great.

In five weeks I've been seen and then operated on. Everything was very very well explained by staff and I've found it a flawless system.

The liver function nurse I have to say is absolutely excellent at her job, she goes above and beyond what it expected of her. I can ring her anytime and she responds.

All care has been amazing. I've had care and treatment from multiple departments and each has been very good. The staff have been reassuring, especially when having an operation, and caring and have always ensured that I fully understood what was happening at each stage.

After attending the Ely walk in clinic I was referred to the fracture clinic and after a 10 day wait was seen by staff. They then suggested doing a referral to the physio service to help with my recovery. Very happy with everything.

Although I've been happy with my consultant and the care provided so far, my knee operation for different reason has been cancelled three times so I'm hoping it will be fourth time lucky later this summer so long as I have nothing wrong. Staff have all been very nice when I've seen them at the different appointments.
