I recently had a stay in hospital and was pleased with how quickly I was picked up by the ambulance and taken straight through to A&E. The care provided was good and I was then moved to the ward for a brief stay where everything was good too.

I went in for surgery that was going to be done as a day case. The staff met me and were very friendly and helpful on a Saturday, they were upbeat in their attitude which helped me. I arrived early and it was done under local anesthetic only took 20 mins, prep, anaesthetic, quick and slick, nice and clean, no complaints at all and a very good outcome too.
MRSA test done at the hospital

I went to the West Suffolk hospital on their request to get an MRSA test done, it took me a hour to drive there and get parked up, I was literally in there 5 mins and then an hour return trip. Why cant this type of test be done at Sudbury? it seems ludicrous.

I've taken the children to the GP in A&E in the past and they have been great. We've been seen quickly, given antibiotics and then sent on our way. The prescription is sent to our local pharmacy so we collect it on our way home. Our most recent visit meant that we were seen and back home in 1.5 hours which is great with young children.

The support my husband received for his epilepsy far outweighed anything we received from Addenbrookes. They paid attention to what was going on rather than just ignoring us like had previously happened. I can't praise them enough.

The oncology department is very supportive and the team take a wider approach and address any issue that I have even if it's not immediately their responsibility. It can be quite isolating being in the room on my own receiving chemo. I attend on a regular basis which does become tiring but the staff are always lovely.

I've had appointments with in a good timeframe and the consultants I've seen have been good. I've had no issues with the care or treatment at all.

I'm on the COPD pathway, I'm not sure what to ask at times but they are referring me to an exercise group but getting there is difficult as I only drive locally now, so I'm not sure if I'll be able to attend.
