The staff are lovely, I've had so many injections and they are wonderful with me each time I go in, very reassuring.

I had a need to g to A & E they were very busy when I went, I was triaged at the front door, but later unfortunately when they called me through my notes were muddled with another person, similar names but they should have checked DOB and first line of address. The spoken accent of the doctor did not actually help as it was very hard to accurately hear what he was saying. But overall the service was good by the staff in this department.

I had an excellent birth at the hospital. I was given the choice of midwife when I first saw the community midwives and I saw the same person throughout. She was so nice and caring and I was seen weekly from 28 weeks. It was a great experience, staff were never dismissive and its brilliant that they have increased visiting hours and dad's can now stay overnight, that's a really positive move.

There are long waits when we attend A&E with mum. She has cancer and there needs to be a way to get help that she needs without it being necessary to go via A&E, its not the right place.

I see a cardiologist, they are excellent and very thorough, I was worried about cardiac arrests, but the consultant was great she reassured me and actually gave me peace of mind.

I was diagnosed with asbestosis in 2023 and the GP referred me to the hospital and saw a consultant, they gave me an X Ray and CT scan, I didnt have to wait very long, lung function tests done and other various test done too. They are keeping a close eye on me and they are very good I feel supported and the care is excellent, no complaints at all, the staff are very good.

Dermatology called me in for photos of lesion on my right ear within a couple of weeks from seeing GP and plastic surgery for removal again within about 2 weeks. Excellent service.

Following an accident I dislocated my shoulder and staff put it back in place. Two weeks later I was re scanned and then operated on two days later. All care was great throughout, everything was brilliant.

After seeing my doctor they said to go straight to A&E to have a problem looked in to but when I saw staff they just sent me home again. I then had to go back to my GP and they wrote a letter for me to take when I went back to A&E. At that point they took my issues seriously and they did do further investigations.

I was given great care and support whilst receiving cancer treatment. Staff made sure that we had everything we needed including free car parking as we were going in so regularly. An amazing team.
