For emergencies the hospital have been very good. The ambulance arrived in 10 minutes and then I was taken to A&E. I had an operation a week later and was very pleased with all the care I received.

It's the best hospital ever with excellent staff. During my stay in hospital and A&E it was very good, I was very impressed.

Nurses and staff were very good and kind, operation was done first thing Sunday morning after going into hospital late Saturday afternoon, after having a fall and breaking my femur. Was in WSH until late Wednesday. They found me a bed in Glastonbury Care Home.

The care a friend received by the oncology department and then on the ward later on was amazing. The staff were so supportive and kind to us all.
Missed spinal fracture

After a car accident I went to A&E but was discharged home but the pain was so great I went back in. Finally Orthopaedics were bought in to see me and arranged further scans and they identified a spinal fracture. Staff were lovely when I stayed on F3, they were very good. I was then given a appointment at the outpatients clinic in 5 weeks time and we're now discussing the next steps.

Have been well supported and care on F11 has been wonderful. The ward was quiet and I was given breast feeding support. I had originally been under the Norfolk and Norwich but they were full so I was sent to West Suffolk Hospital and I was amazed by the support provided during the birth. There were however, there was then a lack of communication about midwives who would visit at home. The community midwives then weren't aware I had had my baby and didn't visit and I had to chase to get them to visit.

After being referred for prostate cancer suspicions I had tests but I never actually saw a consultant. I was sent home and had a call from someone and then will have a follow up later in the year.

The staff in A&E were great when I attended after experiencing issues with what turned out to be medication reactions on three separate occasions. They were wonderful but the waits were quite long.

With in minutes of arriving by ambulance I was being scanned and assessed for a potential stroke. Staff dealt with everything really well and I was very pleased with the care I've received.

Our seven year old gets tonsilitis virtually every few weeks but has been waiting since June 2023 to be seen. All we get is emails checking we still want to remain on the list.
