Generally good
Eye clinic
May 25, 2022
I've used different services and care has been good and support excellent from the eye clinic. I continued to be seen throughout covid and the clinic works really well. Following gynaecology treatment it would've been good if I could've had a check up 6 months after I had treatment. It was a little worrying not having a check and would've caused less anxiety if I had been checked.
Can't fault
Accident and emergency services
May 25, 2022
The care I received both in A&E and then later on the ward was excellent and I can't fault the staff and how it all worked. I've also had follow up appointments and these have all happened quickly and on time.

Exemplary service and staff.
Magic care
Cardiology
May 13, 2022
The care, when I had a pacemaker fitted, from all the staff from porters through to the doctors has been magic. A brilliant hospital.
No face to face appointments
May 13, 2022
All my appointments now are just phone calls so I have to trust that my blood test results will show everything they need to see but I don't like it, they could miss something.
Very supportive
Rheumatology
May 13, 2022
The support I get from the rheumatology clinic specialist nurse is brilliant, I can call at any time for advice. I had a face to face appointment yesterday with the consultant and I already know when my next appointment will be. They explain things very well and are very supportive.
Amazing

I taken to A&E where I was seen quickly and in and out with in hours. The staff were all so lovely and arranged for me to have an xray. Once the results were back I was able to go home, pretty amazing.
Excellent care

I spent time in hospital recently and the care provided by staff was excellent. They covered all bases and made my stay as good as it could've been.
Communication not good
Stroke services
May 3, 2022
After a stay in hospital and then being discharged I was sent home but my GP was not sent any information about medication changes or what I was told in hospital so treatment was delayed .
Waiting
Pain management
April 29, 2022
I've had scans and now waiting to see a specialist so I can have injections in my back but these have been delayed by months already with two appointments having been cancelled already. This time I haven't even been given a new date. I've also been given no advice or support about what to do in the mean time to manage the pain I'm in.
