Touch screen was very efficient. Staff were warm and friendly but also efficient and professional. All in all quick and pleasant.

Everything is explained. I have been twice and they treat me the same each time - I never feel like a nuisance. I knew a member of staff (personally) and they were kind enough to ask if I would like someone else to deal with me.

Not sure re cleanliness but overall shabby and some parts could be cleaner. On the whole pretty good but parking limited and very expensive.

Good ward very experienced staff but now looking a bit tired and needs a facelift. Clean but a bit shabby. Shame because all else is excellent.

Car park was fine, Hospital is great - we come here as a choice over others. Staff were excellent - Everything was explained well and everyone was very friendly.

The treatment I received on F6 was first class and the staff were friendly, professional and sympathetic. First class people.
