Care very good

I really can't fault the care or staff at the surgery and I don't mind who I see for appointments but the phones are a little frustrating when you have to wait so long and I do find it hard to hear in the waiting room who is being called as the acoustics aren't great, the screen works well.

I tried contacting the surgery by econsult but my submission was red flagged and said I needed to call which I then did. I was second in the queue and with in 40 minutes I had a call back from a doctor. I found it was a smooth process and really couldn't fault the surgery. The staff are brilliant but after trying econsult the first time they did suggest re doing the econsult but I didn't and everything was dealt with by phone. You just have to pick your time to visit the pharmacy to avoid the queues.

We've had same day appointments with our baby but when using econsult it often says to call the surgery any way. It's hard to know how to answer some questions that are asked. It then means you have to wait on the phone to get through on the phone. The way staff ask you to go online can vary too, some are very helpful with others it's just expected that you do use online access. I felt that my baby's 6 week check was more of a tick list rather than really trying to understand how things were.

Using econsult has been a little tricky as I haven't found it easy to use or navigate to just get an injection. but I did receive a date to attend by email. I've been able to arrange appointments in a week and getting blood tests done is fine. Staff are good and are very helpful.

Apart from the 1/2 hr wait on the phone it's all excellent. Care and treatment provided has been proactive and helpful and staff are kind and considerate.

Well let down second time in 2 weeks with a blood test. A pressure was so high again the nurse was too busy to see me. Another nurse done it. They took my blood again a pressure. They were in a hurry, so they said to see the other nurse. They were rude to me told me to wait. I come home without no help and very high blood pressure. I give up with now. Cannot get to see a doctor. No help at all. The the pharmacy is so bad. Waited 45 minutes last week for tablets. I wrote to the manager last week and they took no notice. This happened this morning at 10 o.clock.

Can't get a simple face to face consult without having to use their unnecessarily difficult e-consult system. Doctors then ignore the contact request (ie. email NOT call). They then call when I can't answer expecting me to drop everything and come to an appointment immediately. Then can't easily try to re-organise an appointment.
This is a THIRD WORLD service.
And to make it worse, the receptionists can often be rude.

I am very happy that I changed to this Surgery. I have been very well looked after by my Diabetes Nurse. I Am very please with the way I have been seen by all the Staff. I Give you all top mark's. Please keep up the good work.

Always very good and mostly see the same GP which is great. I have a good rapport with my GP and their care of a family member who was very unwell was wonderful. Its a very nice surgery which I really can't fault. After speaking to the front desk staff I've had quick call backs from doctors.
