trying to see doctor . not good.

last time i went i felt let down . long wait. by them . suffer with very high blood pressure . have told them 3 times about it. so bad now bad sweating. trying to get help is impossible now.no organisation now gone down hill last 2 years felt no time for me.

I’m on hold for ages then told to go to their web site as it’s THEIR preferred way for me to contact them. Well it’s not my preferred way to contact you l. All you had to do was book me a phone appointment!

E-consult form is brilliant, they respond very quickly, receptionists are so kind, used the centre several times now and it’s the best I’ve ever been a patient of! So quick, efficient, helpful.

I wish we could go back to being able to either speaking to our dr or having an appointment! Not feeling like that we have to be at deaths door before we can be seen. A lot of us just don’t bother as it’s too much hassle, I was told the other day by my counsellor to phone dr to alter my pills and I just said I’m not filling that e consult in again!!!

I Have been trying to sign in to PATIENT ACCESS for month's now, it is a complete waste of time.
Difficulty getting and appointment

Unable to get a face to face appointment and numerous e-consults / telephone consultations with nurses and Drs and still I'm not receiving the right treatment. I'm given a day I'll receive a telephone consultation and if I am not available (I do work I need to do another consult to rearrange). Then when I do get called - could be any time through the morning I never get called on the line I request. I regularly run out of medication because I won't use Woolpit pharmacy, due to all the past errors, and it can take up to two weeks to get my prescriptions to a local pharmacy.

I've found the change over to econsult okay. Reception explained what and how to go online and register for it and then after completing the form I was given an appointment really quickly, so it's worked well.

My consultation with the Doctor was exemplary, I’ve never had such a thorough interview/examination (45 mins) and I shook his hand before leaving as his performance was superb.

Econsult means its a quicker response from staff. After submitting the form I was told to come in for an appointment. I find it a much smoother process and much easier than calling. The staff are good, nurses provide good advice and support but it is hard to hear staff at times in the waiting area.

It's quite loud in the waiting area as its busy today and it's not easy to hear staff calling names out. My appointment for a blood test was prebooked by my GP which is much easier than when I'm expected to use econsult even though I'm dyslexic and find it very hard to use. I was sent to physio for an ongoing condition but I don't feel that what I put on the econsult was listened to . My confidence has been knock by my experiences so I now prefer to see just one GP if at all possible.
