The treatment I received from staff has been very good, they have explained everything well and provided exercises to do at home which have worked well. Its good having a physio service that you can self refer in to.

I self referred in to the service which was really quick. The physio exercises provided were good and it all worked well. The only issues is that there is no hands on physio but it worked well in the end.

The self referral system works really well and I got an appointment really quickly. Staff have been very good at what they do, although it is a very hands off service. The exercises that they have given me have really worked well and I was told to continue with them but that I didn't need to be seen again. I was told I could call them at any point if I had any problems or anything got worse.

The physio I see is really lovely, they were really great with me and sorted out one leg and are now helping with the other one. There was a bit of a wait 6-8 weeks to have the physio. The advice and physio has been very good.

I self referred in to the service, it was very slow to get appointments but they are very nice people. I was offered different locations for the appointment but they all were for about the same time so I stayed at my local surgery.

Staff are excellent, the system has worked really well for me and I was given good advice and told what exercises I need to do and how regularly.

Self-referred to AHP. I was seen twice and the exercises worked well. I was very pleased by the help they provided.

The gym has been a great help in regaining fitness following illness. Very disappointed that it has been decided to stop the Thursday pm session, very convenient for me as it fitted in with other commitments. I understand that this is due to staffing issues which are being addressed. Please, please bring back a late pm session!! Thank you
Physios have been great

A great service, the physios have been very good. I've had a lot of operations on my hip and they are now helping me to strengthen it again. Exercises given have been very good and I have another visit booked soon.
Communication is an issue

Had an assessment but have not heard from them about the referral to see another physio for more in depth help. Communication seems to be an issue.
