Poor communication - never heard back

Booked online through self-referral, never heard back. Me and husband - both still waiting. Husband has been waiting since May 2017. I'm still waiting - never heard back
Service needs to be more flexible

Injured last week but as there is no emergency service for physio, so I've had to go to the doctors and then do a self-referral in, but I've had to wait over a week. The process was very formulaic and they could do nothing before the appointment I was given. The staff I did talk to were good but had their hands tied.

Referred to physio and followed the pathway but only saw the physio once and they referred me straight to WSH for the operation.

GP referred me to physio but i've been going for 6 weeks and there has been no improvement. I went back to my GP but they can't do anything and referred me back to physio. I feel I really need a referral but not sure how to get there.

Accessed physio quickly

After a nasty fall I accessed quickly in Aldeburgh. My next appointment has been cancelled and they have told me I now need to go to physio in Ipswich Hospital. They gave me exercises that I am doing but I think there is more to it and that's why I am going to hospital, I am hoping to get a scan/x-ray as I am in agony with my back.

I have a damaged tendon in my arm and I was told to do a self referral these people didn't even look at my arm they just sent me some pictures of exercises to do. My arm is now worse and I'm in a huge amount of pain and have to try and get another appointment.

After a fall I initially saw the physio at my practice and then went up to Sudbury Health Centre for follow up treatment which has been excellent.
