I self referred online which was quite straight forward to do. I received contact from them quickly and they've even offered different locations for the appointments.

I was referred into the service and I've done the exercises that were given to me. The exercises have really worked well. Getting appointments have never been a problem and I was seen very quickly.

My initial appointment was very good. Being sent away in agony with exercises, being told they would see me in 3 weeks, was very poor from my point of view. Now 3 months later I am still in pain and I am attending the Physio trauma outpatients at Wickham surgery. I felt the initial service was very basic and actually I could have found that online by GOOGLE, it just did not fit my needs which I felt they completely overlooked.

My X-rays taken at Colchester Hospital have not been able to be seen by my Physio.

Referred to Physio and followed the pathway but only saw the physio once and they referred me straight to West Suffolk Hospital for the operation.
Keep referring to physio but no improvement

GP referred me to physio but I've been going for 6 weeks and there has been no improvement. I went back to my GP but they can't do anything and referred me back to physio. I feel I really need a referral on but not sure how to get there.

Very inflexible with appointment times. They only offer am appointments which doesn't always suit, especially when you only work mornings. The Physio care was brilliant.

I attend twice-weekly for post-open heart surgery cardio plus general toning-up physio. As a result of targeted physio I no longer have to take antiinflammatories or frequent painkillers for my bad back. This must have saved the NHS a lot of money.
At nearly 88 I am in much better condition now than I was when referred by go.

I was referred quickly for knee issue. I underwent treatment and I've been advised to wait for knee replacement.
