Appointment issues

The staff are not at all helpful and just do not talk respectfully to you when you are trying to get an appointment. It is not acceptable to have to wait 4 weeks to see a doctor.
Prescription can take too long

My warden takes my prescription but the processing takes too long. I do have to chase it often and it can take up to two weeks to come. It is also hard to make an appointment
