Dreadful

Daughter attended maternity unit (37 weeks pregnant), was explained extremely anaemic and to go to GP Monday (today) for B12 inj times three this week. On arrival to GP no advice from maternity. Tried to contact maternity and was told they would email GP details by 2pm was then told no email would write. We will be waiting at least another two days, if it arrives. Knowing dangers of anaemia and low birth weight and development issues, this is appalling.

After being referred to the hospital for a non urgent issue I have had a number of appointments made and cancelled and I am still waiting to be seen nearly a year later.
Cancellation of pre-assessment appointment

My husband has received a pre assessment appointment for early July but this was cancelled and he has been given another date later in July.

I needed urgent operation due to cancer which was handled very quickly very positively and in a friendly helpful manner. The life shattering diagnosis was made easier by all staff being so understanding.

Appreciate having a forget-me-not flower over a be when a person in hospital is recognised as having dementia. Especially that staff are being trained to understand what this signifies.

I colapsed in are glasshouse and spent 10 days in Ipswich Hospital.
