This is a 6-monthly check that I have to have. I come here as I cannot get blood tests at my surgery because they say they find it difficult to 'get a vein'. It is quite a journey to here for me. The team here are brilliant and never have much issue with getting a vein, they are always gentle.

Come here linked to warfarin as surgery says they cannot do. It is not too bad as the access here is good for getting it done, but I do have more issues due to my mobility. It just is a rigmarole getting parked, getting a wheelchair and then getting along to here. as I have to come weekly/fortnightly it is quite exhausting and wish my surgery did it, just because the entrance is nearer the car. It is not the hospitals fault of course, but that is why it is less convenient here for me. Everyone is super lovely and welcoming.

This is one of the easiest services I have to access across all the ones I need currently. There is excellent ongoing treatment. I get a message quickly, linked to medication I am taking and it just could not be simpler. All lovely people I speak to and they are so helpful.

I have been under the service for some time for cancer. I find the Nurses superb. You can tell that they care as they are genuine, have time for you and just so kind.

Department very happy to take blood test even without having an appointment. In and out in 5-10 minutes. Blood test when done was completely painless. All services were given with a smile.

I have weekly access to this service as it is linked with my cancer treatment, and my surgery tells me that they cannot fit me in or pre-book it as I know when my treatment is. The staff are great here and always have a laugh and joke with them, as times are tough so I appreciate it.

This is excellent service here. I have to test a couple of days before my chemotherapy every week. They are always on time and I get the day I need every time. People are kind and caring. As this is not delivered at my surgery I come here, but it would be more convenient if they did.

On the back of an annual review at the GP surgery I had to book this test. It was easily done on the online system. Frustrating that I cannot get it done at the surgery. All running on time, but still have to pay for parking.

I had good care during my 5 day stay but I think I was discharged a little early due to the strikes and there was no discussion about how I would cope at home. I did cope fine with out any additional support but there should have been a discussion.
Nearly a two year wait

I've been on the waiting list for an operation for nearly 2 years now and my mobility has decreased while waiting. I wasn't offered any further advice or support while waiting but I've now had my pre op appointment so hoping the operation won't be long.
