My dad had a heart attack and the whole hospital experience was exemplary. They couldn't have been more caring and I cannot praise them highly enough

Found the lung cancer event held at Trinity park very informative, just what we needed. The specialist nurses at the hospital are so dedicated, great care.

Water not given

During a stay on Brantham ward it was only when family requested water was it given to the patient who had kidney problems which was disappointing.

I was seen quickly, in and out in about 2 hours, they did send me to see the GP initially even though I'd already seen my own GP and advised to come to A&E. I was then seen by A&E staff and treated. All very good.

Good treatment from the eye clinic. I'm having a range of things done but the care is always very good. a very busy clinic but staff are good.

I visited A&E and I was seen quickly by triage. Staff explained everything well. I was x-rayed and then asked to attend the fracture clinic the next day. I was seen very quickly - excellent.

Bit of a guessing game

They are 'keeping an eye' on me. I feel like they could be more thorough as they 'think' I have Lupus, but it feels like its taking ages to get to the bottom of it, and that they just seem to be guessing. They do look after me extremely well when I attend appointments, I just go home losing confidence.

Care on Somersham great

Somersham ward

The care provided on Somersham was very good over 10 weeks, there is nothing that I could complain about. Food has really improved and the dedication by staff is wonderful.

Care very good

The staff work so very hard, the care was very good each time I've been admitted and the food was really good and easy to order. The car park however, is very busy and difficult to find a space
