Parking difficult

I don't like travelling to the hospital as it is a long way and then when you get there the parking is difficult even if you are a blue badge holder. Once you are in and being seen by staff its not bad and the treatments have been good.

They were marvelous when I had my heart attack. The staff were all so happy and would do anything for you. The food was good too and when I had a stent fitted it all went really well.

Good care provided

Had an operation recently and the care provided was good. Unfortunately, when I was ready for theatre I was told they couldn't proceed because there was something that needed sorting out before they could go ahead. The pre op information session for another planned operation was very good, being informative and useful explaining what to expect. All care has been good and I've been kept well informed at all stages.

Very friendly staff

On the whole its been very good, been very friendly staff. Response to help requests has been a bit slow at times. It would be good to have a bag to put dirty linen in so that it doesn't need to be on the floor for so long. Care though has been very good.

Absolutely wonderful. Staff are very caring and very attentive. They are so helpful and they know what you need to know before you ask. When you call to speak to staff they have been very polite and curteous

Stowupland ward wonderful

The care on Stowupland ward has been wonderful. It would be great to have extra staff to be able to do the little additional things that need doing. The care from staff has been so good I really couldn't fault my stay.

Instructions could be more discretely said

When you have an xray as a woman you are told by staff what you need to remove from under your gown but this is in earshot of other patients.It could be done more discretely or away from the men that are waiting.
