All very good
Can't thank them enough
Clinic C Breast Care Nurses
August 16, 2018
Clinic C Breast Care nurses - I had my first session of mild pigmentation with the breast care nurses and my husband was present for support. They made the experience so easy for both of us. There was lots of laughter along with the empathy and compassion. Can't thank them enough.
My most positive experience so far
Cardiology
August 16, 2018
Cardiology - This was my most positive experience so far. Before this, it has taken me months to access correct dep. due to referral system. GP referrals to CCG but CCG didn't pick up that there was embargo for out of area patients. Took ages for CCG to pick up and for me to be seen at Ipswich hospital. Low 'Quality of Care' mark because of stress of referral system and delay.
Good experience
Maternity
August 8, 2018
Good experience but did feel that the paediatrician should've been called earlier, don't think it would've changed anything much. They did check straight away for tongue tie, first the student and then a midwife.
Do have to chase appointments
August 8, 2018
A busy hospital, I do tend to do more chasing of appointments rather than them sending out appointment letters. This has happened over the last few years.
Can't fault them
August 3, 2018
Can't fault the hospital they do their very best for you. You rarely have to wait in the clinic I attend and if there are delays you can talk to staff about parking running out.
A&E very good
Accident and emergency services

Very attentive staff. They did lots of tests and introduced themselves each time I saw someone new. They were all friendly and smiley and were very caring.
Care on Somersham great
Somerham ward
August 3, 2018
The care provided to my husband during a 10 week stay on Somersham ward was great, nothing I could complain about at all. Food has really improved and the dedication of staff is amazing.
Care good
unknown

The staff work very hard, care has been very good each time I've been admitted. The food was also very good and easy to order but the car park is busy and difficult to find a space.
Terrible, poor communication and poor care

One of our residents a Prince George got admitted to Grundisburgh ward and treated for 2 weeks. Resident was assessed before discharge. No information given about pressure area. The resident came to Prince George with grade 2 ulcer on sacral area and ungradable sore on heels. No information on discharge summary either. Poor communication and poor care. Complaint sent to hospital via email to respond
