Regularly late managed prescriptions

Myself and Husband have managed repeat prescriptions.
Prescriptions are issued on a 28 day supply. Yet every month the repeat is only available after 29 30 or 32 days!!

Easy to get appointments especially online. I try to see the same GP if possible but its not essential. All areas are covered in the discussion and I think they are doing well. It might be a good idea to use the screen in the waiting room to show the next patient being called so staff don't have to come and get each patient. Medication is available when needed and the text reminders work well.

I was given an on the day appointment after speaking to the care navigator in the morning and then quickly saw the doctor so I was very happy with the whole process. I've used both the direct booking and econsult and each has worked well, I'm happy to see any of the staff as they all explain issues very well.

It has been good to get an appointment today but in the recent past I have struggled to get a face to face when I felt it was needed. Today I spoke to the care navigator and was given an appointment with a doctor. When I've had telephone calls it's often been the only option offered so it is a little more difficult to negotiate the system now. I don't use any of the online options so all my contact is by phone with the care navigators.

I have nothing but positive experiences at the surgery. I feel that I'm on an equal footing and the staff are very professional and really care. I've had amazing support and think we're really lucky. There are no really long waits and I've always been seen with in the week depending on the issue. Medication is always available and the dispensary staff are wonderful, they liaise with other staff at the surgery and provide good advice. Econsult has worked well for smaller issues and I liked the text message system used to book our flu and covid vaccinations.

I've completed econsults and have had same day responses with either an appointment or a phone call. Staff alleviate any concerns and they are friendly and very approachable. It all works well.

I called at 10,30 and was given an appointment at 11am. The Care Navigator suggested seeing a doctor rather than a nurse and then gave me an appointment time. They explained why they were asking the questions but I'm not worried as they need to get you to see the right person. I feel well monitored and doctors react quickly, with in a week of my appointment I was at Papworth and then 5 weeks later I was having a cancer operation, so I was very pleased with how the surgery reacted when I visited.

I wanted to see a female doctor for an ongoing issue and it took 3 weeks to get the appointment but generally I'm fitted in when I need to be seen, the staff have even squeezed me in when I turned up on the wrong day. Staff are so accommodating and really helpful, its a good surgery.

I've found it fine at the moment to get appointments and the staff are all very friendly. I'm very happy with the surgery and the care received.

Appointments on the day are good to get. I do like to see a specific GP so do look online for appointments, its a bit of a longer wait around 2 weeks but if its nothing urgent that works fine. I have been told by a GP to go to A&E but when I got there I was told that I shouldn't be there, which isn't very fair. Normally though doctors are very good.
