No issues at all to get appointments. I like being able to book appointments with the reception team and this has been very good, as has e-consult which has worked well when I've used it. Appointment wise there are no issues at all but I have had a few mistakes with prescriptions. Two months ago I was given another patients medication and although they were for another member of the family it was the way staff said it was their fault they got the wrong medication. Then I was given the wrong dosage rate.

Its an excellent surgery with friendly staff and you never have to wait long for appointments. I've found that the phone calls work well but getting a face to face appointment is easy enough too. I'm happy to see any of the staff for appointments and the dispensary staff are so helpful, even when I've run out of medication and forgotten to reorder soon enough they do all they can to sort things out.

I feel that there are more people in the area so it does create more issues, but the staff are great at the surgery, but contacting the dispensary is difficult.

A good surgery with lovely staff and it all works well to get appointments when they are needed either by phone or in person, the support provided is great.

The staff and care are very good but sometimes the communication between different people in the practice or other services isn't as great as it could be and it does make things more difficult for carers, having to chase things or rearrange appointments. Mums has had house call's easily but mainly with the paramedic. Unfortunately communication led to a wasted visit as they were unable to do what was needed as the community team had done something earlier than expected.

Generally receive very good care from staff but I do feel it's not so great that I haven't had an asthma review since covid, i'm not sure why.

I have been at this practice for many years, They have always serviced me well, staff are polite and professional, both wityh front desk and medical staff. No issues.

Very happy with the surgery the staff are great and either phone or send a text message when medication is ready to be picked up. Appointments and the staff are great , no issues with either.

The dispensary staff call when precriptions are ready to collect and I also receive the text messages to say when they are ready too. The whole system works well for appointments and nothing needs to change.

Staff are friendly and I've recently had my medication review with the pharmacist over the phone and I felt that the conversation went well and the questions I had we all answered well. The surgery has always been very good and I've never had any problems.
