Appointments are available when needed and I really can't fault the surgery, although since the building work it does feel more clinical which is a shame in a way.

It's brilliant. Staff are wonderful so polite and make sure that appointments are available when needed. The diabetic care I receive is great and the nurses will sort any issues out. It would be nice if it didn't have such a clinical feel at the surgery, since the building works, as it doesn't reflect the warm care provided by staff, it's an excellent surgery.

I've had no problems getting appointments, it's been absolutely fine. The staff are friendly and explain things well. Its a lovely practice and I have no concerns and don't feel that anything needs to change.

It is more convenient if appointments are in Bacton but it is working well and I've been able to arrange appointments ahead of time so transport isn't an issue. Its a supportive practice and staff make all the difference when you're not well.

Very lucky to have this surgery. The attitude of staff is wonderful, friendly and approachable. I had an MOT recently and the nurse doing it was lovely as always. It truly is a wonderful surgery

Dispensary and all staff are lovely. The doctors are wonderful and I'm confident that the doctor I see will sort everything out.

It is better now around the dispensary as they obviously had a hard time after covid but staff always explained where to go to get medications when they didn't have them and were really proactice at assisting and sorting issues out. Medication reviews have taken place and were on the phone, the discussion I had on the phone was good and I felt all bases were covered. I also like phone consultations as they mean I don't have to come to the surgery for every little thing.

To get regular appointments booked it's absolutely fine. I call up and staff arrange appointments which is great. There are no long waits and mainly seen on the day. All very good.

A very good surgery with prompt helpful staff who are incredibly supportive. I've been able to get everything addressed easily whenever I've contacted the surgery.

Appointments are good to get and my son has been seen the next day, it wasn't urgent, so very happy with that. We recently moved to the practice and the registration process went well and each time we've needed to contact the surgery the staff have always been very good.
