Have issues with the computer

December 21, 2018
They do always run a little behind time but it can't be helped. Booking appointments on the phone does work well but I have issues with the computer at Sudbury and I need to ask the reception staff for help. On the whole the service does what it needs to do and staff have always been good.

Seen quickly at Sudbury

A very good service, staff are nice and they keep to appointment times mostly with a quick turnaround. I tend to book my appointments by phone which works well for me and it generally runs well as a service. I don't have any issues with the computer and its easy enough to use but I know others do.

Works well at Sudbury

Tend to do walk in appointments which works well, you may have a bit of a wait but that's ok. The computer works well, it only requires quite simple information and the service generally works well and I don't visit very often.

Combined visits

December 20, 2018
Online booking works well however it's difficult to use the same email address for multiple people as the system will only recognise one person. I had to phone up for my neighbor as couldn't book online. We've tried to combine our appointments today and although they were running behind today it has actually worked allowing us to make just one trip to the health centre.

Quick to get appointments at Sudbury

December 20, 2018
I received a letter saying I needed a blood test and booked an appointment by phone yesterday, which was easy and quick to do. I don't like the computer so the receptionists came over to help me.

Staff are good

When you need an 'on the day' appointment it can be difficult, I tend to come to the Health Centre to book for a walk in appointment and then come back for the time of the appointment as it can be a wait otherwise. The staff are good, its just easier to book quickly needed appointments this way.

Very good at Sudbury

December 20, 2018
A very good service, I book by phone and can get appointments when I need them. The check in computer is difficult to use at times and can be slow and plays up at times. The ladies at the main desk are very helpful though and they have said you to get used to how much pressure you need to apply to the screen, although I wouldn't use the computer myself but my husband does. Staff are nice and friendly and you can chat nicely with them.

Walk in works well

December 19, 2018
The blood test service offers a good service with quick appointments if you need an urgent one. I find it is best to do a walk in appointment as there aren't many available online. The computer does seem to struggle to recognise cold fingers when you are checking in

Good option for blood tests

December 10, 2018
Its much quicker to go to the Riverside clinic for a blood test than to have it done at the hospital which is great. Staff have always been good too.
