Excellent staff

I have difficult veins but the staff here have been excellent at taking the bloods. I've phoned to book appointments which works well. I have seen older patients struggle when checking in but for me the computer works well.

SUDBURY Like the phone booking system. Usually on time. Occasionaly the computer is an issue but staff on reception are helpful

Book online, works reasonably well. The earliest is normally about a week ahead but most that I need are further ahead. The staff are very helpful and the results get to my GP

Wasn't told how to book so have done a walk in today which means quite a wait. Generally happy with the service SUDBURY

If using the phone lines to book you can't book within 2 weeks which is an issue. So if you require a quick appointment you have to do a walk in and wait

Normally call to book appointments but have walk ins recently. Yesterday and today waits have been long. Yesterday the nearest forward appointment was a long way ahead SUDBURY
Straightforward service with good Time constraints

Sudbury. Brilliant, easy to get in, can get appointments when needed. Tend to walk in for them which works well; normally waiting times aren't too bad. With the waiting, it would be better to have some magazines to read.
Sharp service and good parking

Quick turnaround. I tend to book by phone which works well and I can get appointments when needed. I find the service better than what was previously available. I can now use the computer; it works well. Good parking which is good (Sudbury)
Good location for services

Sudbury Convenient location for blood tests. Walk in appointments work well and don't have to wait too long. Results are given to my GP for discussion. No problems with the computer. Always someone to help if you need it.
Excellent system

Booked online, checked in and they saw me straightaway. We were in and out in 20 minutes. That meant parking was free which was a bonus (West Suffolk Hospital)
