A very good service, really quickly seen. Booking appointments by phone is really easy. Nurses are great too.
Fair. Don't like the phone booking and computer booking systems.

Blood test Sudbury I preferred the ticket system as it was quicker and easier. I find the phone system difficult and really don't like using the computer at the health centre. I have to ask for help from reception to use it.
Fair. Walk-in appointments work better than booking online.

Colchester hospital. Blood test. The walk in appointments are much easier to get than booking online. It tells you there are no appointments available. I did like the ticket system although people did have to wait.
Staff fantatsic. Easy to book appointments.

Sudbury I come twice a week and they are excellent. The care and getting appointments all work well. The computer is tricky to use; I get help from reception to check in. Staff are fantastic

Sudbury I booked on the phone line. You do have to book a little in advance but you always get an appointment when needed. Much better than the Walnut tree hospital.

Sudbury. Very good service. Use the online system; normally works very well but on the last time I booked the wrong date, cancelled it but when the information printed it showed the wrong appointment still so I'm not sure if this would've been classed as a missed appointment.
Excellent. Service much better than it used to be.

Colchester/Sudbury. Book appointments by phone. Computer in waiting area is temperamental but the whole service is much better than the take a ticket service used before

Sudbury They can take my blood very well. Book appointments by phone which works well too.
