Excellent. Easy getting appointments and waiting times very good.

Sudbury Use the computer booking system which works really well. Have regular blood tests and have never had any issues getting appointments. Check in computer works well. It runs smoothly for me. Go in either early or on time normally.
Excellent but computer tricky to use. Waiting times not too bad.

Sudbury Computer is very tricky to use. I have phoned to book appointments but tend to walk in. Generally the waits are not bad either

Very organised. Walk-in appointment used today and worked very well. Staff are lovely, very chatty and pleasant Can't fault the service at all. Sudbury

Sudbury. Works very well, runs to time and is first class. Staff are very good, very welcoming and courteous.
Excellent but getting to health centre is difficult.

The service is very good; getting to the centre is very difficult (Sudbury). The machine to book in has lost the personal touch and it's frustrating.

First visit and have walked in and got an appointment in 10 minutes time. The computer was temperamental to book the appointment and the phlebotomist came out to help get the appointment sorted.
