A quick turn around

Can't find any faults with the service, its a quick turn around. I do walk in for appointments and I don't have to wait long. I don't come early in the morning when its busier and it works well. The computer works sometimes and not at others. When you walk in and are given an appointment some patients then leave and come back shortly before their appointment but sometimes staff do call people in early.

Always treated well

Always been treated well and haven't had to wait. I do struggle to use the computer but I've managed to book my appointment this morning. Everyone is so nice and helpful.
Booking by phone works well

Having a local service is good. Booking by phone work well for routine appointments and I've found the computer easy to use but I do always book ahead. There are no long waits for appointments either and its an improvement on the service previously available at the Walnut Tree.
Don't have to wait long

There is clear signage and the computer system is easy enough to use. Tend to walk in for appointments and don't have to wait too long. Happy with the staff and how they are with me.

Walk in appointments and booking system work well. The staff who have done the blood tests in the past have been great. There haven't been long waits for the appointments either. The sensitivity of the selection buttons on the computer seems to vary.
A nice atmosphere

Staff are friendly and there is a nice atmosphere. Always do a walk in appointment and never have to wait long. Found the computer a bit strange to start with but I'm used to it now.

Very nice staff. Since Christmas its been busier and more difficult to get an appointment but booking by phone works well.
No long waits

Doing a walk in appointment was a little confusing when trying to use the computer and I had to get assistance. Normally I go straight in for my appointment which is great.
Appointments work well

Normally I book appointments which works well but today I've walked in which has been very quick, I've only waited 3 minutes. Its much better than when the service was in town. The computer, now I'm used to it, works well. All very good.
