Made to feel old

Never felt old until I was told that I was too old to attend a prediabetic advice session, so now I don't know what I should be eating to reduce my risk and where to go for advice.

It really is a great surgery. After contacting the surgery by phone I received a call back in 10 minutes from the nurse and then I was called in to see her. All very quick and no long waits which is great.

When I've contacted the surgery using Ask my GP I've found that not all points raised are then addressed in the response. When you do actually see someone they are very good and I like that you can choose who you would like to see too.

Easy access to appointments even though I don't use online system. I phone up speak to a member of the care navigation team and they then get a doctor or someone else to call, it's so simple.

My brother had his mother and sister come with him to talk about his mental health but gp said we are only here to talk about his skin condition.
I was left without medication.

My medication review was overdue but I spent a week trying to book One, explained I was running out and then had run Out, but nobody has contacted me to conduct the review despite several requests on AskmyGP and now I won't be able to sleep for an indefinite period because I don't have the medication I take for that and I have run out of the antidepressant I take for complex PTSD. I've been left in a serious lurch and had absolutely no contact back however many times I've tried to book my medication review.

A great surgery, never an issue submitting an Ask My GP and appointments are easily available when needed. I really can't fault them.

I really like Ask my GP as it works well to get quick appointments with a doctor. At times all that is needed is a chat with them but when I've needed to be seen I've been given actual appointments the same day. The staff are also good to deal with.

Very happy here, no issues as invited in for appointments. I have a hearing issue and I'm invited in to be seen in person which is much easier for me than discussing issues on the phone.

You do get to speak to someone quickly but I do mainly see the nurses who are all lovely. The care provided is good and there is not much that needs to change.
