I get a really quick response from the surgery when using Ask My GP and then get a call back and appointment if needed. The care and support from everyone I've seen has been brilliant, great doctors.

Ask my gp works really well to get appointments when they are needed and the pharmacy was very supportive early on in my pregnancy when I needed it.

Really like Ask My GP and feel that it works really well to get appointments. The care and treatment received from staff is really very good. Its a great surgery.

This is the best surgery I've been at. I get same day responses if urgent and never had a bad experience as I find Ask My GP works very well and I get good advice and information form the GP. I've been offered a choice including a female doctor when needed too which is appreciated.

Accomodating staff and there is good consistency with who you see. I can't praise staff enough. I contact the surgery by phone as it's easier for me and all the staff are lovely and polite, they do all they can to address the issue. The new pharmacist downstairs has got on top of things quickly too.

Always responsive and get seen quickly. Its a brilliant surgery and I find Ask My GP easier than waiting on the phone. Parking is problematic though.

Syetem works well for appointments and you don't have to wait long to be seen. I call as I don't use the internet and after talking to my GP I either come in to see them or another member of the team. My doctor wasn't here today so I'm seeing someone different but I do like being given the choice and to see the same person if possible.

Staff are very good, considerate and helpful. I've been able to get appointments for blood tests whenever I've needed them but I've not needed to see a doctor at the surgery yet as I'm a fairly new patient and only moved here recently.

I don't really use the surgery that much and when I do I normally see the nurses. Appointments run to time and my next appointment is arranged by the nurse at the previous visit so I have no issues making appointments. When I do need a one off doctors appointment I call to arrange them and this works well.

Ask my gp has flexible options and means you don't have to wait on the phone to arrange an appointment. I contacted the surgery yesterday and was given an appointment first thing this morning, so it works very well.
