Been in 3 times and the care provided on the whole was good but on occasions it was a bit lacking. I didn't really like sharing toilet facilities with male patients. One doctor was really good at explaining everything

I have regular annual checks with MRI and CT scans and they get results back to you quickly. Very good.

Very good service provided. The waiting times can be long but treatment is good when you get it. No problems at all

I had an outpatients appointment at the Sudbury Health Centre which was much easier than going into Bury and I was happy with the consultant. The pre-op procedure at WSH prior to my operation was really good and put me at ease about the whole thing. Nurses in outpatients were really good.

I went to the diabetic foot clinic and had my check-up which they said was all fine but when I went to my private chiropodist a week later she found I had an infected toe which they should have noticed.

Went into hospital at 37 weeks to be induced due to the fact our baby had stopped growing. Induction and labour didn't go according to plan but the staff of midwives and doctors were amazing! When I started bleeding during induction and after delivery everyone acted very quickly and calmly and took such excellent care of us I would recommend West Suffolk Hospital to all expectant mothers! Now we have a healthy daughter. Thank you
Had appointments cancelled in June and July

I've had gastroenterology appointments in June and July cancelled and the follow up is now in September, in the meantime I've had to go private.
