I had a hip replacement in 2013 and the hospital was great. The nurses were friendly and encouraging and helped me to get home very quickly.

Doctors and nurses are very good with my wellbeing from the time I was admitted to the time I was discharged. Very professional stay but they need more beds.
Still waiting for blood results

I've been waiting 6.5 weeks for test results after being told by the consultant at West Suffolk Hospital that they should be back in 4 weeks. The tests were carried out at Addenbrooks and was told I would be written to but have heard nothing.
Consultant took personal call in appointment

I attended an appointment with a consultant at the hospital but most of the time I was in the room he was on the phone to his wife. Very little time was actually spent on the reason why I was there and he hadn't read my notes. I had to tell him I had a heart attack.
