Service has worked well

Drovers House, Bury St Edmunds

I've been happy with the treatment and advice provided on two occasions. I've done a self referral this time and its worked really well and they've explained what I need to do and this has improved the issues I was experiencing.

A great service

Stow Lodge Centre, Stowmarket
June 28, 2022
I was referred to Stow Lodge 3 months ago and the staff there have done a fantastic job. I've been seen in person each time first for physio and then for rehab for the past 2 months. They've just signed me off and I'm back playing tennis which is great!

No referral

During Covid 'closed case' yet I was due to be referred to pain management. Then told 'you do not need that, you can cure your back with exercise.'
2 years later still in terrible pain.

Rubbish

Hartismere Hospital – Eye
June 6, 2022
I was referred 2 years ago and saw someone twice before they left and were replaced by another person. I then had to explain everything again and in October I was then referred on to someone else and for a scan in the following January. I'm still waiting for the scan results 6 weeks later.

Seen an improvement

I was referred by my GP 10 weeks ago and have seen the physio a number of times which has been very good and I've seen a real improvement in my arm since starting the treatment.

Varied satisfaction

Riverside Clinic, Ipswich
May 25, 2022
I found at my first appointment the physio did not listen to me at all and seemed to do it 'by the book' and not looking 'outside the box'. However the second appointment I had a different physio and it was very different as I was listened to and dealt with me in a more holistic way, the two appointments could not have been more different. I think pictures or written down exercises or something to help me to remember the exercises would have been helpful.

Physio interested in the 'whole person'

Riverside Clinic, Ipswich
May 25, 2022
I found my physio to be interested in the 'whole person' not just the problem area, this is good. The self referral process was easy. Having my exercises written down has been helpful.
